建築裝潢板之防火性研究

The Study of Recycled Fiber Fire-Retardant Treated for Building Materials

摘要


本研究主要為探討廢纖板材之防火性能研究;以PET和PE廢料回收再利用;再加上聚酯纖維專用防火加工劑來處理加工熱壓成板;使其具防火性能;分別將PET纖維加以5%、10%、15%、和20%之防火劑含量來比較其防火性能。結果顯示在防火劑含量15%以上所加工成型之板材才符合難燃材料標準。

The study aims to mold recycled fiber into a board and improve its fire-retardant, and use recycled polyester and polyethylene fiber to add special flame retardants of polyester by 5% 10% 5%,20% different ratio, by mixed and heat-pressed it in to a board .The effect of changing the flame retardants by different radio use to polyester. The experiment at results indicate that we have the best suit fire-retardant was over 15% of flame retardants can coincided the standard of fire-retardant for materials.
