摘要


本實驗主要目的乃針對眾酯(pIT)、羊毛及眾酯/羊毛之混紡織物製備出一系列之氨基苯酚衍生染料。所欲製備之染料可藉由三種重氮成份經重氮化反應製成重氮液,再分別與三種不同的偶合成份經偶合反應後獲得。自製之含氨基苯酚衍生染料再分別對眾酯、羊毛及眾酯/羊毛之混紡織物進行染色,並評估各種染色堅牢度。結果顯示,自製之九支染料對於聚酯和羊毛均具有良好的染著性。除染料A系列之昇華牢度較低外,其餘染料的水洗牢 度和昇華牢度均達商業要求。

The present work aims to investigate and develop a series of monoazo dyes containing carboxyl group and hydroxy group for the PTT, wool, PTT /wool blends fabrics, These dyes were obtained by the coupling of diazotised 2-aminophenol, 3-aminophenol and 4-aminophenol with 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene, 3-hydroxy-l-naphthoic acid, 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid. These dyes were dyed on PIT; wool, PTT/wool blend fabrics and their dyeing and fastness properties were evaluated. The fastness properties of all the dyeing samples except dyeA series were in accord with commercial requirements.
