Chinese Abstract

本實驗主要目的乃針對雷射染料的特性以合成出一在列含有3-苯並基香豆素之雷射染料。所欲製備之染料可籍由2-胺基苯硫酚、丙二酸二乙酯等成份經縮合反應後,製成2-苯並唑基乙酸乙酯,再分別與水楊醛、2,4二羥基苯甲醛等不同的中間體於派啶存在下,再行縮合反應後獲得3-苯並唑基香豆素螢光染料。自行合成之雷射來料與商用染料Coumarin 1做雷射染料的特性比對測試。由結果得知染料C、F具有相當優異的螢光值、高量子產 率與低衰減率,且這些特性是非常符合雷射染料在實際使用上必備之條件, 故較適合雷射染料使用。

English Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to synthesis a series of coumarin laser dyes which containing 3-benzothiazolyl group. These dyes were obtained by the condensing ethyl 2-benzothiazoly1 acetic acid with salicylaldehyde, 2,3-dihydroxybenzaldehyde, 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde, 2,3,4-trihydroxybenzaldehyde or 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzaldehyde inthe present of piperidine. These laser dyes were then compared with coumarin 1. The results show the dye C and dye F having the relatively excellent fluorescence value, high quantum yield and low decay rate. It might be concluded that dye C and dye F were suitable for laser dyes.
