Chinese Abstract

本實驗針對聚丙烯熔噴不織布,搭配不同的電壓、溫度、時間和不同種類的電極進行靜電駐極體放電加工,並藉由測量材料表面的電壓求出最佳的放電條件。本實驗使用銅及不秀鋼兩種電極,吾人將放電加工後的熔噴不織布,進行樣本表面電壓分佈分析,由實驗結果得知,當放電電極為銅電極、放電電壓為10kV,在70℃下連績放電2分鐘有較均勻之表面電壓份佈。

English Abstract

The experiment plans to charge polypropylene nonwoven become with different charging voltage, temperature, time, and electrode materials. We exam the surface voltage of nonwoven, and then found the optimal discharge conditions. We compared the difference of surface voltage with two material types of electrode. The surface voltage distribution was even highly when the charging voltage of 10 kV, temperature of 70% and charging time of2 min..
