熔噴聚丙烯不織布駐極體加工製程及其表面電壓分佈之研究

摘要


本實驗針對聚丙烯熔噴不織布,搭配不同的電壓、溫度、時間和不同種類的電極進行靜電駐極體放電加工,並藉由測量材料表面的電壓求出最佳的放電條件。本實驗使用銅及不秀鋼兩種電極,吾人將放電加工後的熔噴不織布,進行樣本表面電壓分佈分析,由實驗結果得知,當放電電極為銅電極、放電電壓為10kV,在70℃下連績放電2分鐘有較均勻之表面電壓份佈。
