以聚苯并噁唑及高強力聚酯纖維編織飛行傘傘繩之研究

摘要


本研究以聚苯並噁唑纖維及克維拉纖維為芯材,搭配不同之外層包覆材,並改變不同之編織角度與張力,分析其應用於飛行傘之反覆抗張強力及耐碳弧光強度,由實驗得知張力小及包覆路大之聚苯並噁唑編織繩可以達到複合緊之一致斷裂回覆效果,同時亦有較佳之抗碳弧光強度。

PBO fiber and Kevlar fiber as the cores which used in this research with different sheath changeable braiding angles, and tension, this research analyzes the analyzes its tensile strength ward repeating resistance and carbon arc of the parachute. From the experiment, results the PBQ made robe with weak tension and large degree of covering angle can reach the effect of breaking strength. Which are covered tightly and it has greater carbon arc.
