摘要

下泌尿道症候群(Lower Urinary-Tract symptoms, LUTS)是指膀胱儲尿及排尿功能失調而出現的泌尿症狀。女性最常見的下泌尿道症候群型態是尿失禁與膀胱過動症。多數病患會出現急尿、通常伴隨有頻尿、夜尿、及有（或）無急迫性的尿失禁症狀。其出現的頻率會隨年齡而增加。國內婦女罹患下泌尿道症候的盛行率爲53%。其中應力性尿失禁佔18.0%、膀胱過動症佔18.6%、而混合型尿失禁佔17.1%。有下泌尿道症候的婦女在性功能上會出現性慾減低、性喚起失調、性高潮失調、及性交疼痛等功能障礙情形，進而影響到夫妻的關係及性滿意度。如果伴隨有尿失禁不只帶來社交及衛生上的困擾，更影響到女性健康、生活型態、及生活品質。因此，瞭解解下泌尿道症候對婦女的性功能及生活的衛擊是很有重要的。

The lower urinary tract symptoms are the syndromes of disorders from bladder storage and voiding function. Incontinence and overactive bladder are two most common diseases in female population. The most common symptoms among general people are urinary frequency, urgency, nocturia with or without urge incontinence, which increase on aging. The prevalence of lower urinary tract symptoms in Taiwan is 53%, 18.0% are stress urinary incontinence, 18.6% are overactive bladder and 17.1% are mixed type. Sexual dysfunction such as sexual desire, arousal, organism and pain disorders are always noted in female patients, and it may influence on the marital relationships and satisfaction of sexual life. Urinary incontinence is not only the distress of personal social interrelationships and hygiene. It can also interfere with their health status, life style, and quality of life. Therefore, understanding of the impact of lower urinary incontinence on sexual function and quality of life in women is very important.
