應用跨理論模式於工作場所實施運動介入之成效

The Effects of Exercise Intervention Based on the Transtheoretical Model for Employees in a Worksite

摘要


本研究之主要目的在探討應用跨理論模式於工作場所員工運動介入措施對研究對象之自覺運動利益、自覺運動障礙、運動自我效能、運動改變階段與實際運動行為的成效。採用『準實驗設計』,立意取樣選擇臺北市某公司為例,以兩個同質性高的單位中處於「意圖期」與「準備期」運動階段的員工為研究對象,並以隨機抽籤方式決定其中一單位的研究對象為實驗組或對照組。實驗組中共有43名研究對象參與運動介入措施的方案,介入方案包括以跨理論模式為基礎所設計符合不同運動改變階段之書面衛教手冊,與一個月後的電話追蹤;而對照組共有62人,只接受一般運動建議之衛教單張。所有的研究對象在介入措施前、後以結構式問卷收集其自覺運動利益、自覺運動障礙、運動自我效能、運動改變階段、實際運動行為與基本資料。所得資料以描述性統計、t檢定、卡方檢定、配對t檢定、魏氏帶符號等級檢定及共變數分析進行統計分析。研究結果發現以跨理論模式為基礎的運動介入措施能有效增加研究對象之運動自我效能、運動改變階段與運動行為量;而經過八週後測追蹤發現實驗組在自覺運動利益、自覺運動障礙、運動自我效能與運動改變階段之成效並沒有優於對照組,但是,在運動行為總得分方面則是顯著優於對照組。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise intervention which based on the transtheoretical model for employees on improvement of perceived exercise benefit, perceived exercise barrier, exercise self-efficacy, exercise stage of change, and exercise behavior. A quasi-experimental design was utilized and purposive sampling was conducted at a company in Taipei. There were two comparable departments which selecting contemplation and preparation employees for study subjects, randomly assigned into an experimental or a control group. The experimental group, which consisted of 43 subjects, participated in a program of exercise intervention. The intervention program was based on transtheoretical model to develop self-help manuals within different exercise stages of change, and one reminder telephone call occurred at 1 month. The control group, which consisted of 62 subjects, received general exercise suggestion. All subjects completed a structured questionnaire, including perceived exercise benefit, perceived exercise barrier, exercise self-efficacy, exercise stage of change, exercise behavior, and basic information, pre-test and post-test. Statistical analysis included descriptive statistics, t-test, Chi-square test, paired t-test, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test, analysis of covariance. After exercise intervention, the results in the study of follow-up test showed that the exercise intervention based on the transtheoretical model can significantly improve exercise self-efficacy, exercise stage of change and amount of weekly exercise for subjects. And, at the 8-week follow-up, the control group did not differ significantly from the experimental group for perceived exercise benefit, perceived exercise barrier, exercise self-efficacy, and exercise stage of change. But amount of weekly exercise in experimental group had significantly higher than those in the control group of follow-up test.
