教學視導的意義與原則-並以英國教學視導制度為例

Definition and Principles of Instructional Supervision-Tal<ing Instructional Supervision in England as an Example

摘要


本文旨在分析教學視導的意義與原則,並以英國的教育視導為例,說明英國落實這些原則的具體做法,以供參考。經分析結果,作者認為教學視導是對教學的視察與輔導,其目的在改進教學的品質。要做好教學視導必須遵循一些原則,包括專業化、組織化、民主化、法制化、與多樣化等原則。

The purpose of this article is to analyze the definition and principles of instructional supervision, and to introduce the instructional supervision in England as an example. As a result of this analysis, instructional supervision is defined as a process of inspection and guidance to teaching and learning. The purpose of instructional supervision is to improve the quality of teaching and learning.In order to accomplish its purpose, instructional supervision should be implemented by following some principles. The principles are as follows: (1) Instructional supervisor should be professional. (2) Instructional supervisors should be well organized. (3)Instructional supervision should be implemented in a democratic way. (4) Instructional supervision should be ruled by Jaw. (5)Instructional supervision should be carried out in a variety of ways.
