單次水中與陸上運動之生理反應比較

Comparisons of Physiological Responses between a Single Bout of Land and Water Exercise

摘要


由於水中活動有別於陸上活動之物理特性,因此得知水陸運動之生理生化反應差異,才能給予適當的水中運動強度建議,本文回顧單次水陸運動研究發現:最大運動測試時,水中運動測試之自覺量表(RPE)、攝氧量、心跳率與乳酸等生理值較陸上低;於非最大運動測試中,若兩種運動模式之動作頻率相同(例如:搖擺姿或登階)水中生理反應值會低於陸上運動模式,因此水中運動目標心跳率建議低於陸上目標心跳率每分鐘7-17下,但若於行走相同速度或是相同心跳率下,水中生理反應值會高於陸上運動模式。除了運動強度之生理反應特色之外,從事水中運動環境溫度建議為28-30ºC,水位高度於劍突為宜,音樂節奏則為每分鐘125至150拍。

Due to specific physics properties in water environment, it is important to investigate the physiological and biochemistry responses between land and water exercise. Those results can provide useful information to instructors. We reviewed the physiology response with a single bout of land and water exercise. Both of maximum and sub-maximum exercise testing, rating of perceived exertion, oxygen consumption, heart rate and lactate acid in water exercise are lower than in land exercise. However, the physiological response in water is higher than in land environment with similar heart rate. The recommendations are as followers; the target heart rate setting in water exercise is lower 7-17 beats/min than in land exercise. The property water exercise environment are 28-30℃ water temperature; water depth at xiphoid process and 125-150 counts/min music tempo.
