多人訓練法在羽球訓練之應用

Multiple People Training Method Apply for Badminton Training Study

摘要


針對不斷演變的比賽規則,訓練方式更要求新求變以符合比賽情況,依據目前羽球比賽的趨勢,技術訓練應以加快訓練節奏及模擬比賽狀況為主。多人訓練法可多人同時訓練,有著訓練節奏較快、訓練時間效率較高的優點,教練可同時指導多名球員,並提升球員的控球能力,俾使練習能順利進行。多人訓練法應可運用於多種羽球技術的組合練習,例如:殺球上網、切球上網等複合訓練。如果在其他羽球技術訓練上能運用多人訓練,在來回擊球練習中可促進基礎技術動作更熟練更紮實,亦增加球員團體互動的默契。而加快球員訓練節奏、模擬比賽的心理調適及對場地使用效率較佳、練習時間較短等操作,也可提升球員的競技。

For continuing revolution of badminton rules, this paper aims at modifying the badminton training method to current game situations. Training method should fasten training tempo and simulate game situation in accordance with trend of modern badminton games. Multiple people training method provides group training for badminton players with high-speed tempo and time efficiency, such that players can enhance control abilities with the training program. Multiple people training can also be applied to many practice combinations, such as smash-forward and cut-forward complex training. For the use of multiple people training in other badminton skills training, badminton players are facilitated to establish fundamental skills and group interaction. Moreover, skill progress can be resulted from fast training tempo, improved psychological adjustment during simulated game, efficient usage of training court, and shorter practice time.
