急性醫療機構照顧服務員工作內容之探討

摘要

本研究旨在進行病人照護工作內容的分類，瞭解、比較和分析照護專家、護理人員、病人／家屬對照護工作分工的看法，以建構急性醫療機構照顧服務員的工作內容。本研究以多元研究法進行，包括：文獻考查法、Delphi專家預測法和問卷調查法等。研究工具爲「急性醫療機構照護分工問卷表」，其中包括：一般事務性、一般技術性和各科技術性等三類。研究結果發現，Delphi專家認爲有68項照護工作，可由受過訓練的照顧服務員執行。爲進一步了解其可行性，邀請台北市立聯合醫院中有5個聘有照顧服務員參與急性病房照護工作之院區的護理人員和病人／家屬進行問卷調查，他們表示可行性高。建議未來各醫院可依本研究所建構之68項適合照顧服務員執行之照護工作和院內的護理人員商討照護工作分工，以合乎成本效益和提昇照護品質。

This study was to understand patient care content classification and compare among nursing care experts, nurses, and patients or families viewpoint for division about patient care content for nursing aids in hospital. This was a triangulation research. Research method included literature review, Delphi technique and survey. This study instrument was nursing care division questionnaire in hospital. It included general, general skill and professional skill. This study found: 68 items patient care contents agreed to work for nursing aids of Delphi professors. Nurses and patients or families agreed too of try to recruit nursing aids in hospitals. Suggest follow this division to discus f or nurses and to reach planning cost and improve nursing quality.
