During this process, we used Gordon's 11 Functional Health Patterns to assess the patient, by observing, consultation and physical assetment of the patient; we collected the information wheather the patient encounter anxiety, acute pain, physical activity disturbance etc problems. Answering the above mentioned problems, We designed a caring plan in coherance to the patient characteristic, focusing on physical, psycholgical and spiritual aspects of the patient, we designed a nursing plan to reduce the anxiety, to reduce the post operative pain and to improve the activity of the patient.
