摘要

醫護之間不同專業的合作是整個醫療團隊運作順利與否之重要元素，醫師若與護理人員有絕佳的合作默契及良好的溝通模式將有助於病患照護，不僅可以降低病人住院天數、再住院率及死亡率，亦可改善病患照護品質及控制醫療成本。反之則容易造成摩擦、矛盾使醫護關係緊張進而影響病患安全，更有甚者造成護理人員工作滿意度降低及離職率升高。本文針對醫護合作之相關概念、影響因素、測量工具及相關研究等議題進行文獻探討，並提出增進合作關係之策略及建議，俾使醫護團隊互相尊重及充分合作以促進病患安全，亦作爲醫療領導者省思所屬機構中之醫護關係及研擬改善策略之依據。

Collaboration between nurses and physicians is essential for successful teamwork and clinical operation. Excellent cooperation and effective communication between nurses and physicians can benefit patient care outcomes, such as a decrease of length of patient hospital stay, a lower rate of patient re-admission and mortality in ICU. Moreover, it can further improve the quality of patient care and control of medical expenses. A poor relationship between nurses and physicians not only caused conflict and tension, but also impacted patient safety and nurses' satisfaction of job and staff retention.
Due to above concerns, this article collected lectures with a focus on collaboration- related concept, factors impacting collaboration between nurses and physicians, assessment tools for relationship between nurses and physicians, and studies regarding the correlation between the relationship of nurses and physicians and patient care outcomes.
Furthermore, the article addressed some strategies and suggestions toenhancing cooperation and mutual respect between health care professionals and physicians for the purpose of safe patient care. While the leaders of health care organizations are reflecting and planning for the improvement in collaboration between nurses and physicians, these strategies and suggestions may serve as a reference.
