Knowledge management has become an indispensable weapon in the corporate world to enhance competitiveness and innovation. Knowledge is an intangible asset of a corporate organization. Knowledge management is to do meaningful management by using the methods of storing, classifying, creating, and sharing the existing knowledge, programs, and strategies/experiences in the organization and is to apply integrated or innovative knowledge to industry management practices. Knowledge management can combine technology, digital program and database integration to transform data and knowledge into an effective knowledge database. The process of knowledge conversion originates from the interaction of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge; in order to achieve the purpose of knowledge creation, the process of organizing, classifying and updating information or data is repeatedly conducted through similar spiral. Knowledge management can be applied to all walks of life. Knowledge management systems can be used to integrate data and knowledge for quality improvement, lean management, enhancing corporate performance and motivating employee morale to create a positive corporate culture and consolidate the core values of the company, whether it is implemented on industrial and commercial enterprises, social media, school education reform or hospital management.
