溫湯處理、流水浸種、發芽溫度、發芽介質及化學處理對苦瓜種子發芽的影響

Effect of Immersion in Water, Germination Temperature, Media, and Chemical Treatment on Seed Germination of Bitter Gourd (Momordica Charantia L.)

摘要


苦瓜種子發芽最適合之溫湯處理為60℃浸種10分鐘,發芽率可達80%以上,顯著高於流水浸種處理者。苦瓜種子發芽最適溫度為30℃發芽率均達80%以上。以不同介質測試發芽率結果,顯示發芽溫度為30℃時,以60℃溫湯浸種10分鐘處理者的發芽率皆可達80%以上;沙床法與捲紙法可提高發芽率至90%以上。種子以GA3與過氧化氫處理均可提高種子發芽率,98%濃硫酸對苦瓜種子的發芽率無提高作用。

Seed immersed in 60℃ water for 10 min exhibited significantly high germination (80%) than seeds immersed at other temperatures and different duration. The optimum temperature in seed germination was 30℃ and the germination percent was above 80%. Test on seed germination at four media showed that the germination rate was above 80% when seed pre-immersed in 60℃ water for 10 min. Using sand or paper as medium, the germination rate was increased to 90%. Seeds immersed in H2O2 water or GA3 solution could increase the germination of bitter gourd, but not in 98% H2S04.
