本研究旨在瞭解泰雅族人使用衛生所服務之行爲,並探討健康訊息接受管道以及其間的關係。研究者以宜蘭縣大同鄉十二歲以上之泰雅族人爲母群體,經抽樣訪問410位民眾,研究結果以次數分配、卡方檢定及邏輯式迴歸分析。研究結果發現:(一)衛生服務需求是泰雅族居民關注焦點,落實健康政策需因應他們的需要。(二)醫療保健訊息管道最主要是電視及醫護人員,不同背景的民眾使用不同的醫療保健訊息管道。(三)性別、衛生計畫的認知及衛生所的滿意度對於使用衛生所行爲有顯著的影響。本研究建議:(一)瞭解原住民文化,積極提供適切的衛生服務。(二)未來山地鄉的衛生教育宣導活動應多元化,並符合當地民情所需。發展出適合不同社會人口學背景民眾能使用的訊息管道,以達到衛生教育的目的。(三)加強問卷內容及提高訪視品質,作爲未來研究之參考。
This study explores the Atayal people's use of health clinic services and medical information channels. Atayal people aged 12 and over in the Da-tong Precinct of I-lan County were used as the population. A total of 410 people were selected as the subjects through sampling. The analytical results were as follows: (1) Health services provided to the aboriginal population were a significant concern of the Atayal people. Various health policies and delivery models must be adapted according to their needs. (2) The main information channels of health care were television and medical personnel. People of different demographic background used different information channels. (3) Gender, knowledge of health planning and satisfaction of health clinic affected health clinic usage. Practices for implementing health education programs, and directions for further research were proposed.
