摘要

超級籃球聯賽(SBL)，為國內甲組籃壇年度盛事，本文以《孫子兵法》的智慧來探討SBL的一些亂象，而研究的重點為一、球團經營者的組織運作。二、如何遴選總教練及總教練應具備的才能。三、如何成為一個好球員。四、裁判的影響力。本文以宋刊本《武經七書》為註本，經各章節探討後結論如下：一、籃協應建立法治制度，摒除人治管理。二、球團經營者要有全方位思考，要有永續經營的決心。三、選總教練要以禮待之，以權柄授之，總教練在球隊行政、戰術、球員管理上要能掌控得宜。四、球員要放棄自我意識，培養團隊合作，放寬眼界，勇於追求理想。五、裁判要有公正不偏的執法心態，建立一套具有公信力的考核制度，方能得到大眾信賴。

The basketball campaign sponsored by the Super Basketball League (SBL) is the greatest annual event in Taiwan's first-grade basketball league. This article, based on the theory of Sun Tze's ”the Art of War,” aims to investigate the disorderly situation occurring in SBL. The key points for the investigation are 1. how the team management operates the team; 2. how to identify a qualified head coach; 3. how to become a good player; and 4. how the coach influences the team. Some findings are identified in accordance with the above items. First, an orderly law system should be set up based on Basketball Association's management operations, and the top management should focus on the long-term operation with determination; Second, the coach should be respected and delegated. All the affairs related to administration, strategy, and player management should be controlled by the coach. Third, players should work as a team and pursue ideals. Fourth, the referee should enforce judgments with justice on which the public could rely.
