影響武術散手選手技能能力之相關因素

Exploration of Correlation on Motor Skill of WuShu-SanShou Contestants

摘要


目的:探討影響武術散手選手技能能力的相關因素,觀察散手技能結構的順序。方法:本研究的受試者,為持續接受3年以上正規訓練的22名高中男子散手選手,同意接受參照散手技能特徵,佐以專家建議而編製之14項測驗。採取間隔1日之重測方式;每日分為3組(5項、4項、4項;7人、7人、8人)循環施測,組間至少休息15分鐘,受試者每項測驗至少間隔5分鐘,唯800公尺最後統一施測。以因素分析之主成份最大變異法篩選相關因素。結果:取出4個因素,因素一包括5項測驗,其特徵為動力性力量表現(變異量25.05%/共同性0.72);因素二包括5項測驗,其特徵為散手攻擊的速耐力表現(21.03%/0.71);因素三包括3項測驗,其特徵為散手特殊動力性耐力表現(17.19%/0.83);因素四僅1項測驗,其特徵為迅速的散手攻擊動作(10.63%/0.70);共有73.91%的累積變異量。結論:影響武術散手選手技能能力的相關因素,依次為「無氧運動能力」、「全身動力性力量」、「進退移步連續攻擊速耐力」與「步伐協調連續攻擊」。因此,散手技能的結構應是運動能力優先於技術,並以無氧運動能力的影響最多。

Purposes: This investigation was aimed to explore the motor skill, and investigate the construction of wushu-sanshou (WS) contestants. Methods: The study was based on the suggestions of the specialists and characteristics of WS with 14 motor skill test items designed. Twenty two male high school WS contestants, who have kept WS training for at least 3 years, were the volunteers for this study. Each test day was separated by 1 day (test-retest) and each test day was divided into 3 groups (5, 4, and 4 items; 7, 7, and 8 people), and taken test turns. Each group had a rest time of at least 15 min, and each volunteer had a rest time of at least 5 min between each test. Finally, the 800 m was tested for all the subjects together. The factor analyses were used to analyze the data. Results: Four factors, accounted for the variation by 73.91%, were obtained. Factor 1 included 5 items, characterized by ”dynamic powerful strength” (pct of variation by 25.05%/communality by 0.72). Factor 2 included 5 items, characterized by ”attack with speed endurance of WS” (21.03%/0.71). Factor 3 included 3 items, characterized by ”dynamic powerful endurance of WS” (17.19%/0.83). Factor 4 included 1 item, characterized by ”attack with fast action of WS” (10.63%/0.70). Conclusions: The priority for the correlation of motor skill capacities of WS contestants were in the order of ”anaerobic exercise capacity”, ”dynamic powerful strength for whole body”, ”speed endurance of successive attack with forward-backward steps”, and ”successive attack with coordinate-steps”. For this reason, the constructions of motor skills of WS should focus more on motor capacities than skills, and anaerobic exercise capacity had the strongest effect.
