應用AHP探討公共圖書館推廣電子書閱讀服務決策因素

Understand Public Libraries' Decisions on eBook Extension Service: An AHP Analysis

摘要


本研究以公共圖書館為研究對象,透過文獻分析形成公共圖書館電子書推廣服務決策之概念模式,並邀集圖書館學研究與實務專家參與模式評估,以層級分析法判別公共圖書館電子書閱讀推廣服務的決策執行評估要素,發展結構化的決策要素架構;研究結果顯示,讀者服務面向較技術服務面向受到學術與實務專家重視。學者專家偏好由鉅觀組織決策角度歸納「組織因素」為最重要構面,重視策略性決策因素;而實務專家則偏好由微觀工作執行觀點評估「內容主題」為最重要構面,重視程序性決策因素。本文並根據研究結果,對於公共圖書館執行電子書閱讀推廣服務提出實務與研究建議。

This study investigates how public libraries' decisions on eBook extension service are made with the application of analytical hierarchy process. The first level of the hierarchy was defined according to the field observation and cases review, and the components of the second level of the hierarchy were obtained from the theoretically related studies. 10 experts from both the public library practices and research who participated in the study evaluated the hierarchy and components, the results were analyzed to develop the hierarchic structure of the eBook extension decision.
