教師面對教育改革態度之研究

摘要

近年來學者發現教育改革必須實現於教學和學習的過程中。而教師是教學過程之要角，教育改革之成效端賴教師想了和做了什麼。教育改革要真正落實，要成功達成理想教育目標，確實瞭解教師面對改革時的態度、想法，並從教師的立場出發應是教育改革成功的首要條件。本文從近年來針對教師面對教育改革之態度研究做一歸納分析，探討教師對於教育改革之接受度、關注情形、面對態度、影響因素及抗拒原因，進而提出促進教師落實並推動教育改革之建議，強調讓教師實際參與教育改革發展的過程、教育改革行動應有明確的目標、清楚的執行方式、讓教師確實了解教育改革的內容、教師應能夠預期教育改革益處及付出的對等性、建立績效責任及評鑑制度、塑造利於變革的組識文化，並給予教師充分的支持。
