推動優質學校行政管理保障教育品質

Promote the Administration of Great School to Ensure Educational Quality

摘要


首先,本文探討世界各國對優質學校的重視與具體作為,探討臺北市優質學校指標內涵及具體思維,並從2006年優質學校中之三玉國小、內湖國中為例,闡述優質學校與校長學校行政管理策略內涵之關係與啟示,作為提升學校經營質量、落實學生學習的論述,期盼以實施校長評鑑推動優質學校經營的思維,作為中小學經營優質學校,豐富精緻教育之參考。其次,經由本文的分析與探討優質學校的行政管理內涵指標的「知識管理」、「e化管理」、「品質管理」及「績效管理」的觀點,乃是期望提供學校經營者在推動優質學校的行政管理策略,發展建構一所優質學校推動精緻教育的參考方向。另外,本文探討分析以優質行政管理策略推動優質學校經營的思維,以校長之「計畫能力」、「組識能力」、「管理能力」、「教學視導」及「公共關係」作為中小學經營優質學校,推動優質學校行政管理保障教育品質,豐富精緻教育實施之參考。

First, this text probes into the attention and concrete conduct to the high quality school of countries all over the world, and analyzes school management indicators of Great School in Taipei 2006 high-quality school evaluation. This text concretes thinking in the quality of managing of the great school is consulted as improving. Secondly, this text discusses the dimensions of the school administration indicators of the Great School, that includes knowledge management, information management, quality management and performance management. Finally, this text suggests elementary and junior high school principals to promote the administration indicators of Great School to ensure educational quality for principal professional competence to build and construct a high-quality school to the exquisite reference direction for school education..
