青少年勇於說不傾向與人格特質之關聯性研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討青少年勇於說不傾向與其人格特質之關聯性。研究對象為花蓮市地區國中小學生共179位。研究工具包含研究者自編之青少年勇於說不量表(Teenager Saying No Scale,[TSNS])及柯氏性格量表(Ko's Mental Health Questionnaire,[KMHQ])。TSNS共有16個獨立的分量表,量表的組織架構是依據青少年日常生活中可能會面對四大類不同嚴重程度的事件以及四種不同的提出要求對象所形成的16種獨立分量表。事件之嚴重程度由輕至重分別是「影響日常生活」、「違反社會道德」、「觸犯輕度刑法」,「觸犯重度刑法」提出要求之對象則分為:普通朋友、家人、最好朋友、班上惡霸。每個分量表10題,全量表共有160題,形式採Likert六點量表。研究結果如下:(一)就四種不同要求事件程度與柯氏性格量表中的一般心理健康分量表而言,「影響日常生活」與「違反社會道德」和心理健康人格特質呈現較多的相闢。「觸犯輕度刑法」及「觸犯重度刑法」只有和「自我主觀評估健康」有顯著正相關。(二)就四種不同要求事件程度與柯氏性格量表中的一般心理不健康分量表而言,「違反社會道德」與心理不健康人格特質呈現最多的相關;「觸犯輕度刑法」其次;「影響日常生活」第三;「觸犯重度刑法」最少。(三)就四種不同要求對象與柯氏性格量表中的一般心理健 康分量表而言,對最好朋友勇於說不傾向與心理健康人格特質呈現較多的相關; 普通朋友其次;家人第三;和惡霸則無相關。(四)就四種不間要求對象與柯氏性格量表中的一般心理不健康分量表而言,對最好朋友勇於說不傾向與心理不健康人格特質呈現最多的相關;普通朋友其次;家人第三;惡霸最少。

The relationship between adolescents saying no and personality was investigated in a sample of 179 adolescents in Hualien city. The adolescents healthy and unhealthy personalities were correlated with sixteen aspects of saying no behaviors which combines four different degrees of situations and four different requesters. The four different degrees of situations are Unpleasant Daily Behavior, Anti-Social Standard Behavior, Minor Illegal Behavior, Severe Illegal Behavior. The four requesters are regular friend, family member, best friend, and school bully. The results indicated that Unpleasant Daily Behavior and Anti-Social Standard Behavior have higher influence on the relationship between saying no and healthy personality than Minor Illegal Behavior and Severe Illegal Behavior. Anti-Social Standard Behavior has higher influence on the relationship between saying no and unhealthy personality than the other three situations. Best friend seems to have more impact on the relationship between saying no and the both healthy and unhealthy personalities than the other three types of requesters.
