本文簡述國外門診病人靜脈輸注抗菌藥物治療應用的現狀和發展趨勢，評價其藥物經濟學及在國內推廣所面臨的問題。研究表明，門診病人靜脈輸注抗菌藥物治療能夠降低病人費用、提升病人滿意度、減少院內感染的風險。政府應出臺相應政策，積極推行這一措施。 |
| English Abstract |
The current situation of outpatient intravenous antibiotic therapy (OPIVAT) overseas is reviewed briefly. The pharmacoeconomic effect of OPIVAT and existing problems in its application in our country are evaluated. OPTVAT can save patient's expenses, increase patient's satisfaction, reduce the risk of nosocomial infections. The government should establish corresponding policy to advocate OPIVAT. |
