Chinese Abstract

研究發現學校課程安排與教學對職前教師效能高低會有所影響。本研究之目的在於探討影響台北市立體育學院國民小學職前教師教師效能的問題,其研究目的主要有三: 1、了解台北市立體育學院國小職前教師教師效能之情形。 2、探討不同人口變項與職前教師效能之間是否有差異。 3、探討學校課程安排及教學與職前教師效能之相關。 本研究利用問卷調查法,研究樣本為本校教育學程班及教育學分班之學生,其中男生46人、女生88人。本研究以敘述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法處理資料。 本研究之主要結論: 一、職前教師之教學績效效能高於組織效能。 二、學校課程安排及教學與整體教師效能及教學績效效能達顯著相關。 三、在人口統計變項方面,不同性別、學歷、年齡、參與社團與教師效能都無顯著差異,唯有曾擔任班級幹部者,其教師效能會比未擔任班級幹部者高。

English Abstract

It has been identified by research that the curriculum design and teaching of teacher training program has a great impact on teacher efficacy. The purpose of this study was to (a) investigate preservice teacher efficacy of Taipei Physical Education College; (b) analyze the differences among selected demographic characteristics on preservice teacher efficacy; and (c) identify the relationship between curriculum design and teaching and preservive teacher efficacy. The questionnaire was utilized for data collection in this study. The sample was 46 males and 88 females of the elementary preservice teacher training program in Taipei Physical Education College. Data was computed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation. The main conclusions were following: (a) Performance efficacy was higher than organizational efficacy in elementary preservice teachers; (b) The curriculum design and teaching of preservive teacher training program was correlated positively with teacher efficacy and performance efficacy; and (c) There were no differences among gender, highest degree earned, age, and involving in school party on teacher efficacy. The only difference was found between class staff and non-staff on teacher efficacy.
