摘要

有越來越多的研究在探討運動員的生涯轉換，對學生運動員而言，如何成功地從運動場上轉換到工作職場是一個重要的課題。運動員在技術發展階段花費大部分時間在訓練上，而缺少相關知識或其他技能的培養，使得他們未來的職業選擇可能受到限制。本文目的是探討協助學生運動員做好生涯規劃的可行方向，內文包括幾個部分：認識生涯發展的階段、討論可從運動情境轉移至職場的技能、和輔導學生運動員生涯發展的原則。本文藉由國內、外學者所提出的一些建議做回顧整理，盼能對年輕運動員有一些幫助與啟發。

A growing body of literature is emerging on the topic of career transition in sport. With regard to student-athlete, how to transit successfully from sport to work has been a critical issue. Professional athletes spend most of the time on training instead of on learning other skills and knowledge, which limits the options of their future employment. The objective of this paper is to discuss about the practicable directions of helping student-athletes with successful career transition. In order to reach this purpose, this paper is organized into three sections: introduction of the stages of career development, examining what skills can transfer from sport to work, and the principles of consulting the career plan for student-athletes. By reviewing the studies from some international and domestic scholars, we hope that this paper provides a greater understanding of the transition experience itself, an understanding that may maximize young athletes' information in order to achieve optimal transitions.
