摘要

護理人員不正確的採血過程是影響血液檢體品質的主因，檢體需重新採血，可能會延誤治療和危害病人安全。2008年1月7日至1月13日查核血液採檢正確率僅達50.7%，分析原因爲抽血標準技術欠完善、缺乏血液採檢教育訓練、不知採血工具的選擇、抽血部位擺放不良、檢體處理輔助工具不足和缺乏攜帶式檢體置放盒。藉由制訂抽血標準、製作教學示範帶、安排在職教育和設計抽血輔助工具等措施。經專案執行期2008年1月28日至2008年5月7日實施後採血正確率提升爲98.2%。此專案使醫療團隊能獲得更有效率的檢驗值，提供病患安全和最佳的照護品質。

Inaccurately blood sampling conducted by nursing staff is the main influence on blood specimen quality. Redrawing blood specimen may delay therapy and endangers patient safety significantly. The accuracy in blood sampling was only 50.7% from January 7(superscript th) to 13(superscript th), 2008, due to: lack of blood drawing techniques and insufficient training in blood sampling, deficient knowledge on choosing sampling devices, patient body malorientation, scanty subsidiary instruments for blood specimens handling and lack of portable specimen containers. From January 28(superscript th) to May 7(superscript th). 2008, we created and started regulating blood drawing standards, making teaching demonstration videos, arranging on-the-job training and designing adjunct tools for blood sampling. These improvements increased the blood sampling accuracy rate from 50.7% to 98.2%. The project successfully improved patient safety and nursing care quality.
