摘要

本文說明博物館開發或導入典藏管理系統應通盤思考將該館的蒐藏作業制度與典藏管理系統整合，以切合博物館蒐藏作業需要，並提升典藏管理系統效能。本文以國立科學工藝博物館文物典藏管理系統為例，介紹其開發過程、功能、整合蒐藏作業制度的系統運作，及其效益。

This article addresses that when a museum plans or chooses its own collection management system, requirements of the system of collection, which consist of the mission statement of a museum, collection policy, collection procedure as well as collection activity form, need to be integrated and synthesized into the collection management system. This will meet the requirements of museum collection practice and improve the effectiveness of the system. The National Science and Technology Museum Collection Management System is taken as an example to illustrate its development, functions, mechanism, and benefits of such an integrated system.
