國內博物館藏品盤點作業初探

盤點是博物館為了確保每一件藏品都有被妥善安置以及登錄資料與實際相符之必要作業。為確保此作業不至於被忽略，我國於民國105年2月18日公布並開始實施《公立博物館典藏品盤點作業辦法》。在此之前，許多公立博物館早已訂定盤點作業要點，但其中難免出現與該法不盡相同或窒礙難行之處。為此，本研究試圖為找出合法且合理的可行之道。本文首先介紹英美兩國行之有年的盤點與稽核程序，再彙整國內公立博物館自訂之盤點作業要點與我國的《公立博物館典藏品盤點作業辦法》加以比較，藉此梳理出我國公立博物館藏品盤點作業在實務上的問題並提出具體的建議。期望本研究能提供國內博物館盤點作業實施之學理參考，使每一個博物館，無論規模大小，其盤點作業皆能順利進行並有實際成效。

Museum collection inventory must be done to ensure that every piece of collection has been properly treated, including keeping new registration records to match the new situation of the object. Assumedly this is often overlooked. The Law of Museum Collection Inventory has been implemented in Taiwan since February 18, 2016. However, many national museums have already set up their own inventory regulation for their collection. But the inventory regulation of national museums is different from the Law of Museum Collection Inventory. This study introduces the inventory programs of AAM、SPECTRUM and national museums in Taiwan. This study also tries to find the problems and make specific recommendations of inventory practice of national museums in Taiwan. Hope the inventory of collection can be done well in every museum.
