電子商務的研究主題分類：以台灣地區的研究論文所進行之內容分析

摘要

本研究整理2000至2003年間台灣地區有關電子商務研究論文，探討其內容並據以分類。電子商務的研究在過去幾年迅速的發展，至今熱潮仍在。本研究經由分析過去的論文內容，企圖瞭解過去的研究焦點，藉以探索未來電子商務的發展與研究方向。本研究以Ngai ＆ Wat(2002)的研究為基礎，將278篇國內有關電子商務的論文，分成四大項二十一小類，發現在本研究所選擇的電子商務研究論文中，有關應用之研究最多，佔了49.3％(137篇)，技術議題次之，佔了21.9％(61篇)，支援與執行議題的論文佔15.1％(42篇)，其他類13.7％(38篇)。本研究雖未能完全涵蓋台灣地區所有的電子商務研究，但透過本研究的整理，可以較為快速的尋找到有哪些學者正在從事特定主題的電子商務研究，這有助於促進電子商務研究學者間的交流，利於後續研究的促進。

This study use the contents analysis to investigate Taiwanese electronic commerce research in the period of year 2000 to 2003 and then makes a classification. The research of electronic commerce is quite quickly spreading in the past few years, and still upsurges continuously. The researcher attempt to find a researching roadmap or direction of electronic commerce in Taiwan based on the analysis of past thesis contents. According to the research of the Ngai & Wat (2002) as a foundation, author classified 278 Taiwanese studies of electronic commerce, then divided them into four categories, 21 subcategories. Finally the authors find the application related studies is the major category, shared 49.3% (137 articles), the technique category is second, shared 21.9% (61 articles), the supporting and execution category share 15.1 % (42 articles), all the others category, share 13.7% (38 articles). The research did not completely cover all of Taiwanese electronic commerce studies. But by the sorting of the study, we can speed up to find the scholars who are just studying some specific electronic commerce search. This can be beneficial to and can promote the electronic commerce study in Taiwan.
