高中學生綱路使用行為、成癮狀況及戒減自我效能之調查研究

摘要

本研究旨於調查高中生網路使用動機、活動種類及成癮現象主要肇因，並探求網路戒減之內在自我效能與外在環境壓力兩種驅動因素。本研究於文獻探討後建立實證研究架構並提出假設觀點；實徵歷程乃透過蒐集宜蘭縣三所高中學生1000份有效問卷進行統計分析檢測。調查結果發現高中生熱衷於查詢資料、綱路聊天以及下載軟體／檔案傳輸三項網路活動；然而影響學生高度網路成癮之質量因素包括網路使用量以及「社交活動」、「情色滿足」與「紓解壓力」等三項使用動機；再者當高中生面對課業及升學壓力的外在因素，以及「自我決心」、「對己成績不滿意」與「無網路使用需求」等三項內在自我效能因素增加時，將顯著促使其網路戒減行為。

This research attempts to investigate the motivations of Internet usage, activities, and causes of Internet addiction for high school students. The drivers of reduction in Internet usage are subsequently explored for feasible actions including two dimensions: internal self-efficacy and external stress. After literature review, we construct empirical framework and propose notions of research hypotheses for further validation. Our research viewpoints are verfied through examining 1000 effective questionnaires responded by students from three high schools of Yilan country in October 2006. The research findings indicate that data search, Internet chat, and software download are most popular activities in high school campus. Meanwhile, Internet use-level, social actitives, sexual satisfaction, and stress relief are most essential motivations to casue students high-level Internet addiction. Relating to the drivers of reduction in Internet usage, study and exam stress is the best representative of external stress; and moreover, self-determination, self-dissatisfaction with study results, and no requirements on Internet use are critical elements of internal self-efficacy.
