實施護理人員能力進階制度目的在給予臨床護理人員有系統的訓練,藉以增強其護理能力,提昇其護理專業地位與服務品質。但由於傳統學習方式的限制,護理人員學習時會受到時間與學習地點的限制,造成參與意願不高的問題。近年來,國內某些醫院開始利用數位學習科技幫助護理人員可以透過網路學習,藉以打破時間及空間的限制。然而,由於數位課程的教材準備工作與面授課程差異很大,講師的訓練與教案發展也是數位學習得以成功的要件。因此,本研究採用個案法來進行,透過深入訪談的方式以瞭解個案醫院進階課程講師數位教材錄製的經驗與方法,研究結果可提供其他有興趣發展數位教學之護理單位參考。
The object of nursing clinical ladder system is to give nurses a systematized training to enhance their nursing care ability, upgrade their professional status and service quality. However, the traditional learning limits nursing staffs to take the courses because of the location and time constraints which decrease their intension to learn. Recently, some hospitals use the e-learning system to overcome the limitations of time and space and let nursing staffs learn via network. However, to prepare course materials required for e-learning course is different from traditional face to face courses. The lecturer training and course material development are also the critical factors for the successful e-learning class. The research uses the case study method. By interview with the nursing staff, the purpose of this study is to realize the experiences and methods of e-learning courseware recording for nursing clinical ladder training in the case hospital. It is hoped that the research results can provide nursing unit in other hospital as a reference.
