學校運動設施服務品質認知與再使用意願之研究

A Study of Service Quality Cognition and Reused Intention for Sport Facilities of School

摘要


學校運動設施及場館的規劃與使用率,足以反映出學校體育運動發展的水準,同時也能帶動學校教師、學生及社區民眾運動風氣,影響相當深遠。因此,學校提供之體育運動設施、器材及場館,其品質是否可滿足學生的運動需求,進而增強學生學習的動機,以及如何提昇學生修習體育課的滿意度,是學校體育經營重要卻棘手的議題。本研究目的乃藉由調查大學生使用運動設施之情況,找出影響學校運動設施服務品質認知之主要因素,進而探討這些因素與大學生再使用學校運動設施意願之關係。研究方法係先透過因素分析從運動設施服務品質認知中萃取出「場館環境」、「現場管理人員」及「專業與便利性」等三大因素,並以此三項因素作為自變項,以再使用意願構面作為應變項,進行迴歸分析。進一步利用單因子多變量變異數分析(MANOVA)及t檢定說明不同年級、學院、每週使用頻率、性別及是否為運動代表成員等人口統計變數,在「服務品質認知」構面與「再使用意願」構面之間的差異,研究結果顯示學生認為學校運動設施服務品質愈佳,其再使用意願亦愈高。另外,學生性別與身份雖在運動設施服務品質認知並無明顯差異,但在再使用意願構面中,學校運動代表隊成員卻明顯低於非運動代表隊成員,此項結果亦顯示學校運動設施服務品質較無法滿足具運動專業者的需求。

The advantage of the physical education and sport development in school could be reflected by the utility rate of sport facilities, and a good facility can also arouse the sport fashions for teachers and students, even the community public. Therefore, it is an important but difficult issue for the sport management whether the quality of sport facilities, materials, or sites provided by the school could meet the students' needs and then enhances their learning motives, and how to increase the satisfaction with studying the physical education. This study is to explore the main factors of affecting service quality cognition of sport facilities by investigating the state of using sport facilities in school, and further to discuss the relation of these factors and reused intention. Firstly, through factor analysis, three main factors are extracted from the construct of service quality cognition. They are, ”environment factor”, ”on-the-spot manager factor” and ”specialty and convenience factor”. By using these three factors as the independent variables and the first principle component of reused intention construct as the dependent variable, the regression analysis are performed. Furthermore, using one-way manova and t-test to analysis the differences of service quality cognition and reused intention in some demographic variables such as grade, college, using frequency per week, gender, and whether the school sport delegates are, etc. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between the service quality cognition of sport facilities and the reused intention. As to ”gender” and ”whether the school sport delegates are”, there are not significant differences in the service quality cognition of sport facilities. However, the sport delegates are significantly lower than non sport delegates in reused intention.
