The scores of the items, “life worthwhile, family anxiety, and personal affairs”, had statistical significant between caregivers and medical professionals (p<0.05). The caregivers’ perceived the items,“family anxiety and personal affairs” were poor than those of medical professionals. The medical professionals’ perceived the item, “life worthwhile”, was poor than that of caregivers. Conclusion: Except the items, “information, life worthwhile, personal affairs, and family anxiety”, the scores of patients and caregivers were closed to those of the medical professionals. The results can be references to monitor continually the palliative care quality in the future.
