摘要
主訴：要求處理半小時前撞傷的乳門齒。 問題明細：(l) #51牙根斷裂；(2) #52半脫臼；(3)上唇撕裂傷及下巴挫傷。 治療計劃：#53~ #61以不鏽鋼線及複合樹脂固定2~3個月；定期回診。 追蹤結果：一年後追蹤顯示撞傷的牙齒沒有變色、牙髓壞死、或牙齒動搖的現象發生。
