摘要

本研究是以孕婦緊急送醫爲例，運用作業風險管理與主題地圖方法建構消防救護作業安全知識庫。從消防救護組織的角度來看，主題地圖非常適合用來整合組織分散在消防救護組織內部的各種非結構化資訊。主題地圖可運用主題和關聯的概念替各種階層或非階層式的資訊主題之間建立彈性的連結，並透過資源指引將散布於各處的資訊資源和其相關的主題整合在一起，以達成建構消防救護作業安全知識庫的目的。

This research takes the rescue transportation of emergency birth of a pregnant woman as an example and tries to construct the operational security knowledge library using the Operating Risk Management and the Topic Maps method to prevent accident during rescue operation. In the view point of emergency rescue organization such as fire prevention department that the Topic Maps is suitable to integrate all kinds of non-structurized information, that disperse in the fire prevent rescue department. The Topic Maps can using the subject for each kind of social stratum or between the non-social stratum-like information subject constructs the elastic knot, and will penetrate the data, that spread in all information resources, which in conformity with the same subject, and them will achieve the construction of security knowledge data base of fire fighting and emergency rescue.
