企業文化對球隊績效之影響-以統一獅為例

Professional Baseball Team Performance Influence by Enterprise Culture: a Uni-Lions Example

摘要


本研究目的在探討企業文化對於球隊績效之影響。以統一獅職棒隊球員55人、教練團11人、後援會成員78人共144人為研究對象,採用問卷調查的方式進行研究。根據調查所得的資料,以SPSS for windows 12.0的統計分析套裝軟體進行敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變數分析、Pearson相關性分析法進行資料分析。所得結果如下:一、不同性別、婚姻狀況、身分、年齡、教育程度及收入之統一獅球員、教練團與後援會成員對企業文化認知有顯著的差異存在。不同性別、年齡及教育程度之統一獅球員、教練團與後援會成員對績效認知有顯著差異存在。二、以Pearson相關性分析得知,企業文化對於球隊績效具有一定程度的影響。對於統一企業而言,只要強化其現有的優良企業文化特性,甚至在這方面尋求新的突破與創新,對於統一企業集團的經營績效上會有顯著性的提升。本研究結果可以提供給相關單位,在往後研究相關議題時參考之用。

This study investigated the enterprise culture influence to performance of the Uni-Lions professional baseball team in Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL). Data were collected from a field investigation carried out on stadiums. A total of 144 questionnaires (include 55 players, 11 coaches and 78 supporters) were gathered for data analysis. Descriptive statistics, Independent Sample t-testing and one-way ANOVA testing with Scheffe post hoc comparisons are used to assess degree of enterprise culture and performance by team members. Correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between enterprise and professional baseball team performance. The results are as follows: 1. There were significant differences in degree of enterprise culture related to the variables of gender, marital status, status, age, education and income. And there were significant differences in degree team performance related to the variables of gender, age and education. 2. We found a significantly positive relationship between enterprise culture and team performance. The results can be provided to relevant agencies, research related issues in the future when the reference.
