健康俱樂部環境氣氛、顧客知覺價值對顧客抱怨影響之研究

The Effect of Health Club Atmosphere and Customer Perceived Value on Customer Complaint

摘要


過去相關文獻中對於顧客抱怨之研究廣泛,但是多數是針對產品本身或是服務過程。針對環境氣氛是否會影響顧客對產品之知覺價值,進而影響顧客抱怨,現有文獻仍無法釐清。因此,本研究旨在建立環境氣氛和顧客抱怨以及知覺價值間關係之完整模式,且針對健康俱樂部之會員做為研究對象。本研究之結果發現,顧客對於環境氣氛之感受越好,會提高顧客對於健康俱樂部的知覺價值,進而降低顧客之抱怨。

The existing literatures including many researches about customer complaint, but most of the research focus on the products or the service process. There is no research concerning if the store atmosphere influence consumer perceived value and customer complaint. This research wish to establish the full model about atmosphere, consumer perceived value, and customer complaint. The result indicated that better atmosphere in a health club will influence perceived value, and can reduce the customer complaint.
