An Analysis of the Basketball Referees Stress Sources

摘要

本研究目的分析籃球裁判壓力來源，使用「籃球裁判壓力來源量表」寄由裁判填答，以描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析資料；另外使用「籃球裁判壓力來源訪談問卷」，進行籃球裁判深度訪談，內容以質性研究之交叉檢定進行信度考驗。結果發現：「做出錯誤判決」為最大壓力來源項目，「後援會不理性」、「耽誤正職工作」、「交通」、「飲食」、「語言」、「球賽層級」、「身體狀況不佳」、「裁判搶哨」等都是裁判感受較大壓力。年輕、等級較低、年資淺的籃球裁判，在不同壓力來源因素上，高於其他組的裁判。男裁判、教練對女裁判有歧視，認為女裁判體能無法應付激烈球賽。

The purpose of this research was Abstractto analysis different background of basketball referees stress sources. This study used ”basketball referees sources of stress scale” as study instrument. Descriptive statistics, one-way MNOVA were adopted for data analysis. This study also used ”basketball referees sources of stress interview questionnaire” as study instrument. We used crosschecking of qualitative research for the reliability test of the data. Results were as follows: In ”making a wrong call” were main stress sources. In ”emotional fans”, ”influence day time work”, ”traffic”, ”food”, ”language”, ”class of game”, ”feel sick”, ”snatch the whistle” were the main stress sources. Younger, lower rank, less experience referees had significantly different stress than older, higher rank and experienced referees. Referees recognized that male referees and male coaches had discrimination to female referees, and thought that female referees are unable to handle fierce game.
