The purpose of this study is to investigate the variation of the multi-balls training method and multi-players training situation for clear ball training effect. The study subjects were 24 badminton team players from National Taipei College of Business. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups including multi-balls and multi-players training, each group has 12 players. The clear ball training period included three times per week for eight weeks. Both two training methods were analyzed using T-test to find their variations. Two-way analysis of variance was used to calculate before and after training for both methods. The study results based on this training program are concluded to three items. First, the training time of the multi-balls training group is obviously longer than the multi-players training group (t=178.70, p<.05). Second, the after-training score is higher than before-training score for both multi-players and multi-balls training groups (F=53.23、11.87, p<.05). Third, the after-training score of multi-players training group is higher than multi-players training group for clear ball training effect (F=16.62, p<.05). To sum up, the multi-balls training method has more effect than the multiplayers training. Thus, if the players possessed basic skills, the multi-balls training provides a better training effect, uses less training courts, and less training period advantages.
