Chinese Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the before and the after comparison of the lower limb vertical height and the lower limb vertical strength in the experimental group and the control group. Methods: From the start, 18 women adult gymnasts served as subjects and were randomly assigned to 2 groups one being the experimental and the other being the control group for the test. Then both groups undergone a 12 week experimental period. All of them practiced 3 times every week. Before the test, we used the squat jump to gather the lower limb vertical height and vertical strength data. During the experimental period, the control group followed a normal gymnastics class schedule. On the other hand, the experimental group used the flexibility vibration training along with the normal gymnastics class schedule. After the test, we applied the independent sample to proceed a sample comparison (α = .05). Results: The experimental and the control group which utilized the squat jump in the vertical height and strength showed data that was obvious (p < .05). Conclusion: These findings suggest using flexibility vibration training can help and improve women's adult gymnasts lower limbs vertical height and strength.
