中華足球代表隊選手對三種國籍教練領導風格與滿意度之研究

Chinese Taipei National Soccer Team Players to the Coaches of Three Nationality's Leadership Styles and Satisfaction

摘要


Purpose of this study was from the player’s point of view, surveys their experience which was several of national coaches' leadership styles rationally, and the different between player's satisfactions for the performance of each coach. In this study, the subjects were 61 national team players whom also received the Brazilian, Japanese and Taiwanese's coaches teaching from 2005 to 2009. The empirical results, male and female players of all nationality coaches for the teaching received, the perceived leadership style in the average number of nonsignificant differences indeed exist. In addition to satisfactory performance in the competition, the foreigner coach is still got the better scores than Taiwan's coach. The regression analysis revealed that Taiwanese coaches in the ”democratic style” dimension of overall satisfaction with their team training is positively correlated to coach the team lead. It said Taiwanese coaches should create an environment for player discussion and consultation, and let players can fully express themselves with the views of race strategy and training. Then it can improve the player's satisfaction to Taiwanese coaches' training. The results above showed that even though the national team ranking dropped down, the players are more satisfied for the Brazilian and Japanese coaches' competition performance than Taiwanese coach. And the foreign coaches brought technology and ideas, which is a place where players feel satisfied.
