高齡化社會下以科技輔助互動溝通平台－以Care Together設計為例

摘要

隨著全球科技的進步及社會結構的變遷，各式新的生活型態伴隨而產生。自從2007年開始，台灣有超過10%的人口為高齡族群，近50%的雙薪家庭，在這樣的環境衝擊下，大部分的長者因子女長期忙於事業或因分居的因素，缺乏彼此間的互動；根據研究指出，台灣有70%的高齡者期望與子女同居，期待親情的關懷與互動。成功老化是多層面的概念，除了高齡者的生理行為外，更應由親人主動關懷其情感需求，達到心理的健康。研究過程運用一個創新產品設計與開發方法，以使用者為中心，整合設計、市場及工程三個領域，找出高齡者的需求及期望，將其轉變成平台價值，最後透過科技輔助，建構高齡者與親子間溝通的概念互動平台，在成功老化的議題上提出一個新的觀點。

With recent advances in technology and a chance in social structure, new kinds of lifestyles come out. Nowadays, Taiwan has more than 10 percent of the population of the elderly, nearly 50 percent of the double-income families. In such an environment impact, there are lacks of interaction between family members because of the majority of elder people whose children are busy with their career or as a result of the separation. According to the study, 70 percent of Taiwan's older people who look forward to living with children home together, and look forward to family care and interaction. Successful aging is a multidimensional concept, it is not only should consider the physical act of older people, but also should take the initiative to care for their loved ones emotional needs, achieve mental health. Hence, this study aims to construct an interaction platform between older and young communication through science and technology assistance and to provide a new point of view in the issue of healthy aging. In addition, this research study uses an innovative product design and development approach, which integrates design, marketing and engineering in the field of three and considers user as main issue during product development, to find out the needs of older people and look forward to its transformation into a platform for value.
