血液透析患者體液容積過量的照護

血液透析患者體液容積過量是照顧上常見的健康問題，照護腎功能障礙的患者，準確的評估液體的狀態與監測液體的平衡是妥善照顧患者的必要條件。護理人員與透析患者接觸是最頻繁的，在照顧此類患者為避免其因重複不遵從對液體限制造成合併症的同時，應協助患者做好液體管理才是基本要件。本文介紹血液透析患者體液容積過量之導因、對患者的影響、及護理評估與護理處置。期望能提供護理人員在照顧血液透析患者體液容積過量之健康問題時，也能協助患者管理每日生活中對液體攝取限制，減少因體液容積過量對生命造成的威脅。

This paper discusses the causes of excessive body fluid volume in hemodialysis patients, effects on patients, nursing assessment, and proper nursing interventions. One of the main problems among hemodialysis patients is excessive body fluid volume. Accurate assessment and monitoring of fluid balance is critical in the care of patients with renal dysfunction. Nurses play an important role in helping patients to comply with fluid restrictions, fluid management and in prevention of related complications. The goals are to enable nurses to help patients to adapt this fluid restrictions life style and to promote their quality of life.
