The study was investigate to tae kwon do injure rate and risk factor in the competition. One Hundred thirty eight elite tae-kwon-do athletes from volunteered for the research. The average age of the fly weight group was 18.1±2.3 yr and average training period was 6.4±1.3 years. The data was analyzed by independent t-text and factor analysis. The result of study was followed: 1. Male was significant higher than female in injures. Male students are with the thigh (12%), finger (9.8%), waist (9.1%) and female student are with the waist (48.0%), wrist joint (4.3%), thumb (8.7%). 2. In injuring the situation: dampen, fracture, with 210 residence top, account for total 76.9% of incidence among injuring 273 number of times. 3. Male's injures 37% during competition phase and female 38% in training phase. 4. Male selected to be treated injures by Chinese medicine (46%) and traditional Chinese (26%). Female selected to be treated injures by Chinese medicine (50%) and traditional Chinese (21%). Male was significant higher than female in the risk factor of environment and coach. Male was significant higher than female in software part. It's important reference for coach and student-athlete to avoid injury and health management in training and competition.
