The purpose was to understand the correlation, influence between kindergarten teachers' leisure participation, job pressure, and health condition. This research adopted three scales, including Leisure Participation, Job Pressure, and health condition. Group sampling was used in the research. 500 questionnaires were sent, 492 were collected and 339 were available. The valid response rate was 84.6%. The models of descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's product-moment correlation, explore factor analysis, hierarchical regression were applied to analyze the data. The results of the study provided the following: there were positive correlate between Leisure Participation, Job Pressure, and health condition. The interaction between leisure participation and job pressure can help improve the health condition.
