壓力與休閒!補習學童休閒阻礙與休閒參與類型關聯之研究

Academic Stress and Leisure! The Relationships among Leisure Constrain and Leisure Participation Categories

摘要


自從實施九年一貫課程後,課程設計的精神是要讓學童能依其性向朝多元發展。但實施教育改革多年,考試制度依舊與學校教學融合,學童的課業壓力不減反增,補習班的數量和補習的人數逐年攀升,補習業正創造另一個台灣教育「奇蹟」。文獻指出,休閒活動能消除緊張、排除壓力…,進而擴展個人生活經驗,對成長中的兒童實有助益。因為休閒參與和阻礙之間是有存在的關係,個體會因為休閒參與的動機與需求不同,而影響個體休閒參與的阻礙因素,反之,休閒阻礙程度也會直接影響個體休閒參與的程度與意願。鑑此,本研究針對課業壓力、休閒阻礙、休閒參與為研究變項,採問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,以高雄市國小五、六年級學生為研究對象,採用「便利抽樣」的方式,選取40個班級的學生為研究樣本,發出問卷數共計420份。研究發現:參與補習的國小學童課業壓力感受均屬於中等以上,休閒阻礙以休閒資源的阻礙為主,休閒參與則以娛樂性為主;另外個人背景變項情形方面,顯示在課業壓力、休閒阻礙及休閒參與上有所差異;在相關性方面,課業壓力、休閒阻礙及休閒參與之間存在顯著相關,其中以課業壓力、休閒阻礙之間呈現正相關。課業壓力、休閒阻礙及休閒參與間具有顯著影響。

Since the implementation of nine-year curriculum, curriculum design is to inspirit the students according to their inclinations towards diversified development. But for many years after the implementation of the education reform, the examination system is still fused with the school teaching, academic stress of students increased rather than decreased, the number of after-class school and the number of students participate are increased steadily, after-class school business is creating another Taiwanese education "miracle." Pointed out by numerous literatures, leisure activities can eliminate nervous, eliminate stress ... and then expand personal life experiences of students growing real helpful. Because there is a relationship between the presence of leisure participation and constrain, because the students motivations and needs of leisure participation of different factors that affect the students in the way of leisure participation, on the contrary, the degree of leisure constrain will directly affect the degree of leisure participation and willingness. In view of this, the study focus on academic stress, leisure constraint, leisure participation for the study variables, a questionnaire survey to collect data from 10 elementary school of Daliao district of Kaohsiung city fifth and sixth grade students for the study, the use of "convenience sampling "approach to select 40 classes of students as research samples, a total number of 420 copies of questionnaires. Data were obtained Institute frequency distribution, percentage, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to analyze treatment. The study found: involve the after-class school students to participate in academic stress feelings were more moderate, leisure constraints to impede leisure resources of the main places, leisure participation major in entertainment-oriented; another aspect of personal background scenario, shown in l academic stress, leisure constrain and leisure participation differences; in terms of relevance, academic stress, there is a significant correlation between leisure constraints and leisure participation, with academic stress, a positive correlation between leisure constraints. Academic stress, leisure constraints on leisure participation have significant predictive power section.
