在農業循環經濟浪潮下柑橘類檸檬皮渣之再利用技術現況及展望

Current Status and Prospects on Reuse Technology of Citrus Limon Waste in The Agricultural Circular Economy

摘要


近年柑橘類檸檬產量日益增多,大量廢棄物也相對增加,造成環境及經濟成本問題。然而,柑橘類檸檬中含有多種成分,若加以利用可減少污染及增加廢棄物的再利用價值。因此柑橘類檸檬皮渣可應用於各領域中。本篇文章就柑橘類檸檬皮渣成分,包括維生素C,類黃酮及多酚,礦物質和膳食纖維(果膠)作健康的影響探討。本文中對類黃酮及多酚和膳食纖維(果膠)的萃取方法及各自的優缺點做綜合論述外,也對柑橘類檸檬皮渣中不同成分在不同領域中的應用現狀進行討論。在農業方面,可作為肥料,動物飼料或者飼料添加劑使用,一些研究已證明這可為動植物帶來不同的益處;在食品方面,加入柑橘類檸檬皮渣也發現可以給人體帶來諸多好處;在工業方面,柑橘類檸檬皮渣可作為能源原料取代部分化石燃料,還可作為生物吸附劑及生質能源。

As the production of citrus limon increases in recent years, the amount of citrus waste has also grow up, causing potential environmental and economic problems. However, there are a variety of healthy ingredients contained in the citrus limon waste. If it properly reprocessed, it can benefit us rather than polluting the environment. As a result, people start to pay close attention to it and seek the usage of citrus limon waste in different fields. This review summarizes the ingredients of citrus waste like Vitamin C, flavonoids and polyphenols, minerals and dietary fiber (pectin) and discusses the extraction methods of flavonoids, polyphenols and dietary fiber (pectin) and their advantages and disadvantages, respectively. This review also focuses on the reprocessing of various components of citrus lemon waste in different fields. In agriculture, it can be used as bio-fertilizer, animal feed and feed additives, which has shown benefits to different kinds of animals. When it comes to food science, it can bring many benefits. In terms of industry, citrus limon waste can be used as energy material to replace part of fossil fuels and can be used as biological adsorbent and biomass energy.
