探討系統與資訊對網路化協調之影響

摘要

網際網路科技成熟與使用門檻降低，逐漸改變人的生活習慣以及傳統的協調方式，以往需要面對面、電話或傳真等，現在透過網際網路即時溝通，使得協調變得具效率及效能。本研究以網際網路社群為對象，探討系統特性與資訊特性，以及網路化為干擾變數下，對於協調效果之影響。實證過程發現，系統特性與資訊特性對協調效果具有正向之影響關係；若進一步考量網路化為干擾因素時，則行動化對於協調效果的影響，勝過互動化對於協調效果的影響。結論建議，相關業者在設計網路溝通平台時，應考量1.系統介面之使用性、系統功能之完整性、系統功能之實用性；2.重視資訊之正確性、資訊傳達之及時性、以及資訊內容之安全性；3.以及強化網路工具之行動化能力。

Since Internet Technology becomes more mature, the Internet using barrier also decreasing then the past. The living habits and traditional coordination have changed gradually. The coordination has become more effectively and efficiently because of the instant communication by Internet than face to face, telephone or fax in the past. We distinguished the system and information characteristics to explore the networking coordination effects regarding to the sample of Internet community. In addition, the network has also been considered as interfere variable to investigate the coordination effects. After the empirical study, both the system and information characteristics have the positive influence towards the coordination effects. Besides, if the interfere variable of network has been taken accounted, the results show that the mobility reason is more effective than the interactive reason to coordination. The conclusion and suggestion, the Internet communication platform designer should consider the system characteristic such as the usability, integration and the practicability; pay attention to information accuracy, instant and security; and enhance the tools of networking mobility capability.
