創業教育相關課程中探討業主之創業精神—以斗六地區為例

摘要

近年來政府極力推動「創新、創意、創業」三創於產業中，全國各大專技職院校相繼開課有關於三創之課程。作者任教於環球科技大學通識中心並與企業管理系李昭華老師教授相關課程，故以地方產業斗六地區為主，探討在地業主之創業精神為本文。每個創業者都有主觀觀念，但成功的光芒是相同的，每個人方法和歷程，可能差別萬千，為了瞭解台灣創業家在創業背景與創業歷程的成功因素，本研究以斗六地區三位不同產業的中小企業創業家為研究對象，藉由質性研究之深入訪談法，以生長背景、人格特質、創業動機、創業歷程及領導特質為訪談方向，歸納成功創業家的成功因素，研究發現創業家的生長背景中承擔財務壓力為環境驅動創業首要因素，人格特質主要「不輕言放棄」，次為「具有風險承擔個性」，能夠聯合資源並組織經營團隊，提供創新的事業並獲取利潤。創新的層面在於不斷掌握大環境的變動，在變動環境中與同業做區隔而有自身發展的的創業經營型態。獨特在於價格策略和上中游供應鏈的掌控。「創業家」不但兼具精神層面與實質層面的「創業精神」，同時也是一位不懼風險的行動家。

In recent years, the government is trying to promote the concept of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship in the industry. Classes related to innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship have been popular all over the vocational institutions, technical colleges and universities in Taiwan. The author, who is the convener of the project as well as a teacher from General Education at the Transworld University, works with professor Li from the Department of Business Administration. The main purpose of this article is to the explore the local industry owners in the Doulin region. Every Entrepreneur has its subjective successful experience. And his/her way and process to the success may be intriguing and diverse. To understand the factors to the successful entrepreneurship experience, this study investigates Taiwan's style of entrepreneurship in the area of Douliu. The research focuses on the attributes, motivations, and entrepreneurial process, and the relationship between attributes and business models. The research uses qualitative methods by interviewing three successful entrepreneurs in Douliu and analyzing the transcripts. The findings are that the family economic background makes impacts on the entrepreneurs' motivation to have new their own business, and their attributes in ”never giving up” and ”taking risks” are most predictive in their attempt of business involvement. The business models are the use of price strategies, the imitation of quality products, and subcontracting. In a word, entrepreneurs are not only the presentation of special characters but also of daunting practitioners.
