目的:憂鬱症列為世紀三大疾病之一,且有朝向年輕化之趨勢,其中以高中生最為嚴重。本研究以預防角度出發,利用慢跑活動及正念瑜珈,介入具潛在憂鬱傾向高中生並探討其改善成效。方法:採類實驗法,立意取樣90位學生,隨機分派為實驗組2組、控制組1組,每組30名學生。每週進行兩次介入活動,為期五週。實驗組接受10次慢跑及正念瑜珈介入,並輔以台灣版兒童及青少年憂鬱量表(CDI_TW)、心理健康簡易自填量表(BSRS-5)及情緒臉譜量表三份量表於介入前後進行填答。結果:活動介入後,憂鬱傾向、情緒狀態及心理健康狀態,正念組比控制組改善49.7%,差異最為顯著;慢跑組則於憂鬱傾向及心理健康優於控制組,改善40%;控制組則在憂鬱傾向及情緒狀態呈負向表現。結論:慢跑活動及正念瑜珈對減緩高中生憂鬱傾向具顯著成效,其中又以正念瑜珈效果為佳,研究結果可提供高中學校做為處理學生憂鬱情緒時,另一項無傷害且無副作用之策略。
Purpose: Depression is one of the three diseases around the world. Moreover, it increasingly younger age, the most serious are senior high school students. This research is from the prevention view, using intervention with mindfulness yoga and jogging activities to potential tendency depression high school students, exploring the effectiveness. Methods: A quasiexperimental design was used and purposive sampling 90 students. They were randomized into two experimental groups and one control group. (Each group n=30). Weekly activities for secondary intervention, total of five weeks. The experimental groups received 10 times mindfulness yoga and jogging intervention. Before and after activities, children's depression inventory Taiwan Scale (CDI_TW) and mental health of a simple self-administered scale (BSRS-5) were followed as the measurement basis. Results: After interventions, comparing depressive tendency, emotional state and mental health status, mindfulness-yoga group improved 49.7% more than the control group, was the most significant difference; furthermore, jogging group is better depression tendency and mental health than the control group, improved approximately 40%. Nevertheless, the control group performed negatively on both sides. Conclusion: The research result showed that the mindfulness-yoga and jogging activities could reduce the depression tendency of high school students significantly, especially the former. The results could provide high school students when dealing with depression emotions, no harm and no side effects strategy.
